What do Sikh people think about Hindus?      Answered by Jasbeer Singh                 I being a Sikh think of Hindus as one of the most tolerant people who are receptive to other ideologies. They were our ancestors, they ‘are’ our blood brothers, we share same surname with many Hindus (Singh), they strive for the same goal (in spiritual terms). They treat us as their own, yet they never pretend to own us because they always respect our separate identity. We have always lived side by side shoulder to shoulder in all our good & bad times like caring sharing friends. Above all India lives in our hearts. They were our ancestors  for sure because my ancestors may or may not be Muslims before Sikhi started, they may or may not be Buddhists/Jains at the beginning of this millennium but they were one hundred percent Hindus before choosing any another Spiritual Path for themselves that’s for sure.  "राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के संस्थापक थे डॉ. केशव बळीराम हेडगेवार। संघ विश्वविख्यात हो गया है, अपनी अद्वितीय संघटनशैली के कारण। उसके साथ ही उसके संस्थापक डॉ. हेडगेवार का भी नाम विश्वविख्यात हुआ है। शासकीय सेवा में प्रवेश के लिये या अपना अस्पताल खोलकर पैसा कमाने के लिये वे डॉक्टर बने ही नहीं थे। भारत का स्वातंत्र्य यही उनके जीवन का ध्येय था। उस ध्येय का विचार करते करते उनके ध्यान में स्वतंत्रता हासील करने हेतु क्रांतिकारी क्रियारीतियों की मर्यादाएं ध्यान में आ गई। दो-चार अंग्रेज अधिकारियों की हत्या होने के कारण अंग्रेज यहाँ से भागनेवाले नहीं थे। किसी भी बडे आंदोलन के सफलता के लिये व्यापक जनसमर्थन की आवश्यकता होती है। क्रांतिकारियों की क्रियाकलापों में उसका अभाव था। सामान्य जनता में जब तक स्वतंत्रता की प्रखर चाह निर्माण नहीं होती, तब तक स्वतंत्रता प्राप्त नहीं होगी और मिली तो भी टिकेगी नहीं, यह बात अब उनके मनपर अंकित हो गई थी। अत: नागपुर लौटने के बाद गहन विचार कर थोडे ही समय में उन्होंने उस क्रियाविधि से अपने को दूर किया और काँग्रेस के जन-आंदोलन में पूरी ताकत से शामील हुये
